“They are not simple objects. "They are the voices of the wind, of the stone and of the spirits of the ancestors."
Robert deliberately calls his instruments “Andean,” not “Peruvian” or “Bolivian.” The Andes extend from Argentina to Colombia, and these instruments belong to the entire mountain range and to all the cultures that lived in their shadow for centuries.
The zampoña, the quena and the charango are used in Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Argentina and Chile. Arguing who they "belong" to is meaningless. They are Andean. They are shared. They are ancestral.
“I can't say that they are Peruvian instruments. I will say that they are Andean instruments. The Andes go from Argentina to Colombia. Therefore: Andean.”
The zampoña is the soul of Andean music. The word "zampoña" can be translated as "voice of the wind." It is one of the oldest instruments on the planet. Scientists found clay panpipes in the Pisco area (Peru) that are more than 5000 years old.
The quena is one of the most penetrating flutes in the world. Its sound – deep, “breathed” and rich in harmonics – can instantly take the listener to the Andes mountains. In ancient times, materials such as animal bones were used. The quena requires good placement of the air and the "attack."
The quenacho is the "older brother" of the quena. It is larger and produces a much deeper and bassier sound. If the quena is the voice of a mountain stream, the quenacho is the echo of the canyon. Ideal for Sound Healing.

A rebellious and surprising instrument, created as a response to the Spanish guitar. The charango has 5 pairs of strings and its register begins where that of the guitar ends. Bright, silvery, sparkling sound.
A long time ago, in a small Andean town, there lived a young man who dreamed of a great life. He went to town carrying only a little friend: an armadillo.
Disappointed in the city, he returned, but got lost in the mountains. Weakened without food or water, he heard the voice of the armadillo: "Take my body to survive and return home."
The young man survived. As a sign of eternal gratitude, he took the shell of the armadillo and created the first charango: an instrument that sings with the voice of loyalty and devoted love.
Instrument with a soft and "breathed" sound. Ideal for the meditative and healing music of Sound Healing. Robert teaches the Native American flute as a gateway to the world of sound therapy.

Ancient clay instrument. In pre-Columbian civilizations it was used as a signal whistle. Soft, "airy" and mysterious sound.
Powerful drum, basis of rhythm. The "Napoleon" of Andean music.
Wooden flute with intense sound for parties.
Noise instrument made with hooves: sound of rain and footsteps.
Natural rattles to create the atmosphere of wind and water.
