We can receive the name, the means of contact, the requested service, the city, the preferences and the free message that the person decides to send.
The data is used to respond, clarify conditions and, if both parties decide, organize a class, performance or other activity. The form requests consent before sending the query.
The FeedBack Hub technical infrastructure receives the query to make it available to Robert. WhatsApp, Telegram and the email provider process the information sent through these channels according to their own policies.
The data is kept for the time necessary to respond and manage the requested relationship. Access, correction or deletion can be requested through the indicated email.
No medical data, identification documents or banking information should be submitted using the general form.
